Terms of Use
Last updated: 13 October 2026
1. Purpose and contact
TEN1 Gmail Invoice Importer is a private business administration tool supporting supplier documents, stock records, financial reconciliation and operational questions for TEN1.
Christian Watts is the project owner and contact. Questions can be sent to ten1tapas@gmail.com.
This website provides information about the tool. It does not provide public registration, sell subscriptions or grant access to TEN1’s operational systems. Visiting the website does not authorise access to a Google account.
2. Authorised use
Operational access is limited to people authorised by TEN1 and to the scope of their assigned work. Users must have authority to provide the records or connect the accounts they use.
Do not access another person’s information without authority, attempt to bypass access controls, disclose credentials, introduce malicious material or use the service for unlawful purposes.
The tool’s current private use does not grant anyone permission to resell it or offer it as a service to other businesses. Any future public or commercial service will require its own arrangements.
3. Connected accounts and communications
Gmail access depends on the account holder’s Google authorisation and the approved operational scope. The workflow can read relevant messages and attachments and send authorised operational emails.
Users can revoke Google authorisation through their Google Account settings; connected features may then stop working.
Operational emails may contain business names, dates, amounts and allocation recommendations. Recipients must protect these messages and check their answers before sending them.
A reply is handled according to the workflow’s approval rules; it does not itself authorise a bank payment.
4. Review of documents and recommendations
Imported data, extracted amounts, proposed matches and stock calculations can be incomplete or incorrect.
Authorised reviewers must check original evidence and resolve material uncertainties before relying on a result for accounting, tax, payroll, purchasing or other consequential decisions.
Importing a document does not itself approve its accounting treatment or authorise a payment. Purchase orders and financial postings remain subject to TEN1’s approval rules.
The system and its agents must not initiate, authorise or execute bank payments. The owner retains control of money movements.
The tool supports administration; it does not replace professional accounting, tax, employment or legal advice.
5. Privacy and confidential information
The Privacy Policy explains information handling, Gmail permissions, providers, retention and individual rights.
Users must protect business and personal information and share only what is necessary for authorised tasks.
Using the tool does not transfer ownership of a supplier’s documents, a user’s content or other third-party material. Such material may be processed only for the authorised business purpose and in accordance with applicable rights and law.
6. Availability and changes
Features depend on connected services, valid authorisations, source records and scheduled processing. They may be interrupted by outages, expired permissions, maintenance or configuration changes.
The website is not a guarantee that every described integration is currently operational or that every record is up to date.
TEN1 may adjust features or restrict access to protect the system, meet legal obligations or reflect authorised business decisions.
Users should report suspected errors or unauthorised access promptly to ten1tapas@gmail.com.
7. Ending access and retained records
The owner may withdraw a user’s operational access.
Revoking Gmail access or ending use does not automatically delete imported records that remain necessary for lawful business recordkeeping.
Requests concerning personal information should be made through the Privacy Policy’s contact procedure.
8. Applicable rights and updates
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms do not create a subscription fee, payment mandate or authority to spend money.
Updated terms will be posted with a revised date. Material changes affecting authorised users will be communicated as appropriate.
